Mum was scrolling through the internet the other day, looking for new breakfast recipes we could try. She found a banana pancake recipe that only uses two ingredients, eggs and bananas (obviously) which is ideal for us as we’re both gluten intolerant.
All you do is blend together one banana and two eggs and then pour the mixture into a frying pan. Flip them until they’re brown on each side and then they’re ready to serve!
You could have a wide variety of toppings like fruit, natural yoghurt or honey and with this simple recipe, it only takes five minutes to throw together! They taste great!
