We’ve always been a healthy household, eating home cooked meals and rarely having a takeaway. A couple of weeks ago Mum and I discovered Slimming World and fell in love with their recipes.
Last night I made dinner and decided on ‘Pizza Topped Chicken,’ a substitute to a dough base which will cost you ‘Syns’ if you’re following the Slimming World plan.
I can be quite picky when it comes to ‘bits’ in sauces but it was actually such a lovely dish that I didn’t mind not blitzing the onions or peppers! I thought it tasted a lot like the tomato sauce you’d find on a pizza yet I actually preferred it on chicken. You could also have the sauce on a jacket potato (a veggie alternative)
